I am a Festival Promoter - how do I register for free and enter my festival dates?

    How do I register?
  1. Open http://www.webjazzguide.com and click the flag for your country. This takes you to the Jazz Calendar.
  2. On the left of the calendar, where the heading is ' Log in or register for free as : ' , click 'Festival Promoter'
  3. This brings you to the 'Promoter Log In' page. Look for 'not registered yet? - click here to register as a member' at the top of the page, just underneath 'Promoter Log In', and click the 'click here' link and follow the instructions - DON'T FORGET TO CLICK 'SUBMIT' WHEN DONE.
  4. You are now pre-registered and you'll be getting a confirmation email from us. Be sure to click the activation link in the email so that your free account will be activated. Make sure that the WHOLE link is clicked (if the link is split over two lines, copy and paste the whole link into the address bar of your browser).

    How do I enter my events?
  1. Open http://www.webjazzguide.com and click the flag for your country. This takes you to the Jazz Calendar.
  2. On the left of the calendar, where the heading is ' Log in or register for free as : ' , click 'Fesitival Promoter'
  3. This brings you to the 'Promoter Log In' page. Type in your email address and password in the boxes, then click the 'Submit' button.
  4. This brings you to your Promoter Fact Sheet where you can change any details you need to. After changing something, remember to click the 'Submit' button on the bottom left of the form.
The rest should be self explanatory, but if you need any help then please click the 'get help' button.
To add an event, click the 'Add/Amend an event' link on the third menu bar at the top of the page, then click the 'Click here to add a new event' button.
Type in the event details and click 'Submit'
When the event then appears in the event list, you could upload a flyer by clicking the 'upload flyer' button.
You can upload a gif or jpeg image file, no larger than 700 x 1000 pixels.
The system will then point the event web url to this image you've uploaded to our server.
